Born in Yerevan, Armenia in 1978, I spent my formative years immersed in professional ballet and theater. I trained at the State College of Dance and Choreography (1991-1995) and performed with the Armenia State Ensemble of Ballet (1995-2000). In 2003, I graduated from the Academy of Theatre and Cinematography, then worked as an actor with two professional theater companies.
When I moved to Los Angeles, I discovered something powerful: the same techniques that helped me master stage fright as a performer could help business professionals overcome presentation anxiety. This insight led me to create the T.R.U.S.T Method™—a unique approach that combines performance arts training with modern coaching to help professionals command any stage with authentic confidence.
